How to set a view as default for all users

I have created an new view for the Change form and would like it to be the default view for all ITIL users. How would I achieve this?

Hi,



Navigate to the respective module and define the new View Name which you have created to have it default for all the users. Refer the screenshot below :

Thanks can you please provide more detail of how to achieve what you have described?



Trying to following your instruction I


1. From the left Navigation i went to Change/Open.and clicked the pencil icon and it opened "Module open"


2. on the Module open form on the Link Type tab I specified the new view name as the view I created.



Unfortunately this didn't open the new viewwhen i tested it.

So when a user opens a Change record (not a list) I would like it to be displayed using the new view.


I think you need to open the view (system UI -> Views) and then list the module name there (like incident) and assign the role as per you need. please check if this helps.
