how to set default value of variables through script include? What i need to write in script include ? I need help.
I have attached screen shot. Change lead is a varaible. How to auto populate user name when ever any user logs into account its username field and group name should populate in respective field name in catalog item.

Your post doesn't make a lot of sense and it seems you're posting other confusing questions like it:
You are setting the default value already by that screen shot. If you're wanting to "learn how" to do it via script include (as you alluded to in your other post), then you'd want to search the forums. It takes just a few seconds. There's plenty of resources to learn through searching.
