Did you use "update record" activity? in update record activity , you can select record as RITM from right panel and set the sate to "WIP" after the approval is done.

Hi @Challasunil,
you can add a new action step in Flow designer after your If approved step. You can use 'update record' action and there you can select your RITM for which approval is sent and update the state to Work in Progress.
