How to set up feedback form ServiceNow knowledge articles when it not helpful

Hello,

 

I set up the system properties as given below in the article, which are provided by the ServiceNow OOB feature, to enable the Knowledge Feedback and Knowledge Feedback Task. However, when I checked the feature that said that article was not helpful, there was no pop-up feedback form. What could be the issue?

Hi @Apps6 ,

 

I enabled the 2 system properties as per the article. It is working as expected for me when I tested in the Portal, not in the native UI. I believe you are trying in the native UI, once test it in the portal and also try with the knowledge article where you are not the author.
