Hi All,
I have tried to implement SMS functionality in SNOW without any third party integration, i have followed below KB article but no good luck.
KB article - https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0712569
Client requirement - They want the default SMS over cell phone when any incident SLA will be breach more than 50%.
Please response, how i can accomplish this requirement.

to answer your question (and you can continue asking as much as you want): NO!!!!
ServiceNow is not a cell phone provider. So you will definitely will need a provider which will send out the SMS.

Hi Atul Sir,
I have already checked the above URL but client didn't want to use the third party integration (Like Twilio).
Is there any possibility to send the SMS over cellphone without any Third party SMS provide integration.
