It's been a while since I've done Windows administration, but I'm sure there's a Run as option somewhere in the service definition.

Note: If this MID server will be doing discovery, ensure that service account user has local admin rights to the target machines.

Make sure that the account you reference in the "This Account" field is the network account (ie, xyz@yourdomain.ad) and not the local account that has the same name.
