How to share the share the reports with groups created in workspace

I have added the new report by add new element in workspace now I need to shared the reports to certain group how can we do this ?

In normal reports we do have share options but I don’t see that in reports which is created through workspace by add new element

Hi @Premkumae ,

You can share reports in Platform Analytics / Workspace but it’s not automatic just by adding the report widget, you must share the underlying report (or the dashboard) with the intended group or role via the share dialog, because if the report itself isn’t shared, users will see a report visible only to specific users or groups message even if the dashboard is shared...
