How to show request,requsted item and task in one place?

We have requirement to show the request,requested item and corresponding task in one page.How can it achieved?

You are saying you want to show some report?

If yes then you can have report on sc_task and it has fields for REQ and RITM which you can show in list.

I want to show it in the portal,Like There should be a plus sigh,when I click on it,then it will show requested item,when clicking requested item it will show catalog task.
