How to stop rotation of Group Members in on call Schedules ?

When I am creating a shift for multiple users it is showing that rotation will be mandatory and I do not want people to be rotate in a single shift. For example, If User A, User B & User C all are in a morning Day shift these people should not follow rotation and these people should come in a fix shift.
