Hi,
When we change the state is resloved then the Resolution Notes and Resolution Code should be mandatory then after we will filling the those fields and then after I need to the Resolution Notes and Resolution Code information to appear in to worklogs(Worknotes).
Can anyone please help ont his, It will be helpful.

Can you please use punctuation in your questions, that makes it easier to understand what you are looking for.
Assuming this is on incident level and not on cases (because they have OOB functionality to do so): create ui policies to make the fields mandatory on state = resolved (by the way: OOB this is already there, so if it isn't on your instance, check the customization and find out why this was changed).
Then create a BR to update the work notes with both Resolution Notes and Code. The question really is: why? What use is it to put it in the worknotes? Those are for internal use only. In the comments it would make sense, because those are shown on the portal. And if it's for registration in case of reopening: don't do it on resolution, but do it on reopening, when you clear them, copy them to the work notes.
