I was just wondering if someone can help me. So, how can one transfer HTML-based documentation database into ServiceNet Documentation Module, which is Knowledge Management? Because when I viewed the platform, it doesn't support direct import of HTML files. Apart from manually, I want to do no methods, because it only supports XML and Word files. And if we talk about other ways than to transform, match, or import it, it just supports JSON, CSV, or any other type format, not HTML. Can someone help me with this?

Hi Shrushti, great question!
You can still move your HTML documentation using a simple workaround:
Convert your HTML files → Change them into Word (.docx) or doc format because these are supported for import.
You can use any free online converter (like Cloud Convert).
Go to Knowledge > Articles> Import Articles
Choose the converted file and import it into the right Knowledge Base.
Hope this helps!
Thanks & Regards,
