Hi Rohit,
As mentioned by above two authors, you can check or uncheck it while creating table depending on if you want to create ACLs or not.
After creating the table, you can uncheck it, but the ACLs will remain there. You will have to manually delete the ACLs that are created.

Hi Rohit,
This field is to create basic security roles, as per best practice have the security rules in place so the access can be controlled. But you don't need any ACLs created then as mentioned by Suvro disable the checkbox available on the table below -
