How to unlock the grayed out "Add tools and information" step

"Add tools and information" step is disabled or marked as read-only in the ServiceNow AI Agent Studio, please help me to resolve it, even i couldn't see "Add tool" button.

Hello @NivethaJ , just confirming. Have you checked the required roles for managing Agents?

Yes I have added all the required roles to my User account but still couldn't find that button

Thanks for the response but here the problem is I can able to go inside ai agent studio but couldn't find add tools button inside add tools and information section
