How to unlock the grayed out "Add tools and information" step

"Add tools and information" step is disabled or marked as read-only in the ServiceNow AI Agent Studio, please help me to resolve it, even i couldn't see "Add tool" button.

Hi @NivethaJ 

 

1. Ensure  all required and dependent plugins  are installed.

2. Ensure you have role :

  • sn_aia.admin
  • sn_aia.viewer

 3. Logout and login then check.
