How to view all tickets of different groups that I am not member of

I am a member of one group but I want to view all tickets on my organization l, my role is itil. What should I do to be able to view all the tickets l.

If you can't already, you need to contact your admins to ask how this has been configured. That can be in all kinds of ways, so it would be a guess without knowing your instance setup.
It could have been done via ACL, query BR's, etc. But: if your setup prevents you from seeing anything besides your own tickets, there is probably a reason for that.
