How to write a fix script to close the changes that are assigned to specific users?

I need to close the change requests that are assigned to x,y,z users but unfortunately their user records are not presented in user table but i can able to see them in the change list view as seen the below.

help me to write a code to query records through fix script?

I thought of same and tried but when I filtered records with the assigned leader it gave me 79 records and when I did with created by it gave me just 48 records later i did cross check some of the records in 79 having different created by mail id's.

In that case you might have to first identify the query on which the records need to be fetched. If possible can you provide the 79 records list so that i can help you with the query part.
