HR case number not showing in the tab.

Hello,
There are two such HR service type which is not showing in the HR ticket number in the tab as well as in the form view.
Please see the screenshot attached.
HR case1 image is basically where the issue is
Hr case 2 image is from other HR service ticket . This is correct representation of the ticket.

it looks like an access issue.
Which user you are using? Is that issue coming with admin?
It seems the number filed cannot be accessed by that user which you are using in screenshots

Is this happening with all users or few? Try to give a full HR roles to admin as well.

This is happening to all users irrespective of the roles . The users with admin role along with HR admin roles are unable to see it.
