HR case number not showing in the tab.

Hello,

 

There are two such HR service type which is not showing in the HR ticket number in the tab as well as in the form view.

Please see the screenshot attached.

HR case1 image is basically where the issue is 

Hr case 2 image is from other HR service ticket . This is correct representation of the ticket.

Any ACL or script. Try to check the scripts as per Response Timer and see if you find any magic else last may be wired cache.do and log a HI case.

Did you try to debug the ACL?

Also did you check any client script or UI policy is removing the number using DOM manipulation?
