Hi,

I am learning on the HRSD module.

I have installed com.sn_hr_corecom.sn_hr_lifecycle_eventssn_hr_casecard, sn_hr_agent_ws in my PDI.

I got OOB record under HR cases.

1.Table sn_hr_core_case_list.

2.When i open any OOB recoord from sn_hr_core_case_list. it is showing another extended table like sn_hr_core_case_total_rewards, sn_hr_core_case_payroll and etc....

3.Here Parent is the HR Case and childs are sn_hr_core_case_total_rewards, sn_hr_core_case_payroll and etc....

4.So I want when we open any of the record from the sn_hr_core_case_list i want to see same table name in the form.

Can anyone please help on this, It will be gratfull.

Hi @mania 

This is the expected approach in HRSD. Unlike ITSM or CSM, where the main record extends from a single table, HRSD is structured around services. Each service has its own table, which extends from HR Core, and HR Core further extends from the Task table. That’s just how the system is designed.

I recently completed my HRSD batch, where we discussed this in depth. This playlist might be helpful for further understanding.

 

You can open the schema HR Core table and visualize it.

This is the expected behavior. I think you might be already aware, If we open an HR case against specific HR Service, for example- HR Talent management, then that would be tagged to that specific table and so on.

I agree with point shared by Atul here.

It's similar to how you open task.LIST and then when you open records those are actually for incident, problem, change_request etc
