Hyperlink for list field values are missing for some users

Hello,

For list field values, the value will be hyperlink to the record. But for some users the hyperlink is missing even though user has access to the field and they are able to select the values for the list field. If we are impersonating with the particular user having this issue it is not replicable. How to fix this issue. Can some one help.

Can you share some screenshot of the filed what a normal users see and what the users with the issue sees and it would be easier to assist you.

Yes indeed. This is what I'm looking. So ServiceNow does not have this feature
