Being a new user, I was wondering if I can add hyperlinks to external douments in the body text of form fields. For example, if I am entering information into the description field of the Change Request form, can I add a hyperlink taking me to an external document or website? For some reason I thought there was a html editor included.
TIA.

Thanks, I tried this and it works okay. I thought you might just be able to put a link straight into the box without creating an extra field. Cheers

By making the field type = html, you can insert hyperlink. problem is, although you can right click on the hyperlink, and open in new page etc, the link is not functional in the traditional way, in that by simply clicling ont he hyperlink, it opens. I have an open ticket with SNC.
