Hyperlinks in form fields

Being a new user, I was wondering if I can add hyperlinks to external douments in the body text of form fields. For example, if I am entering information into the description field of the Change Request form, can I add a hyperlink taking me to an external document or website? For some reason I thought there was a html editor included.

I also have the same requirement to be able to select the hyperlinks from text fields. Is there any enhancement done on this.

Hi All
You just go to in Annotation and create your own Annotation through Text and write this code:
Click here for more info!
after that Save it and go to form and press Ctrl+Click on the link. it will open the desire link.
