Hi,
I added 2 columns VIP/VVIP through list layout on Incident table. If I am removing these columns by personalizing I can remove it. But when I again personalize to add those fields I cannot find them in the list so when I click on 'Reset to default columns' I get these fields back in on the list view.
Is there any other alternative as end users can personalize their list but when adding they are not able to see those columns without using reset??
Please suggest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Harsha,
I understand the issue but unfortunately it's not possible and I guess this restriction is for Security purpose else User can dot walk any field which they should not be able to read so it is restricted.
Only Admin can Configure List Layout and Users have to reset to Column and use dot walk columns.

Hi Harsha,
Dot Walking is not possible through Personalize List. So you have to reset the Columns and than personalize it.

Hi Anubhav,
Thanks for your response. I know that it is not possible without Reset to default columns but do we have any other option. This is not known to end users so it creates lot of issues for them . If you could suggest for an alternative as how we can see those columns in personalize list?
