Hi Kriti,

It looks like your incoming emails get flagged as spam.

Also,

It could be because of ServiceNow though have received mail it is not able to process as it could not find any inbound action condition that is satisfied.

Just check for inbound action you will to process when mail is received & ensure the filter conditions for the inbound is satisfied.
