I cannot see recommended actions in Service Operations Workspace

I have created a context named "Incident" on the Incident table. I have created a rule where I only ask the system to look for an Aplication Service an the user to have the role Itil. I have also created a Recommendation within that rule, an Attach KB action. I have created a test record with that application service and when I go to the SOW I cannot find the recommended actions tab. What is happening?

@jordimsant : Is it resolved ? I'm facing similar issue but with interaction record.

 

In your case, I hope second icon is recommended action. Have you checked ?
