We need to evaluate the maturity state of ITSM products for a customer like how well they have adopted the products, current maturity state, what best practices they have deviated from, capabilities adoption assessment etc
This is kind of the 'IMPACT' feature that ServiceNow offers.
Is there any docs that partners can access to infer the capabilities SErviceNow offers, evaluation templates etc? in order to do the assessment?
Thanks in advance

Hello @Suggy
Are you aware what kind of contract you have with ServiceNow?
If you have Support Account Manager, they may help you with this information.
Please mark the answer as helpful and correct if helped.
Kind Regards,
Ravi Chandra

Put your question in dedicated community

There are few docs available
