Hello,
I need to create a report in which I can see to which groups a ticket has been reassigned to, during its active duration.
In principle, I have created a report with the table Metric Element [metric_instance], and I have added the definition filter "Assignment Group".
Up to this point everything works correctly, but when grouping the report by ID (to be able to see all the reassignments of each ticket grouped together), it does not show me the total value of items that should be there.
How can I correct this, or is there another way to get the data I need?
