Hi All,
I need to make read only some fields (opened, opened by,resolve,resolved by, closed) always on the form
So please suggest me the best approch

Hi Hemachandra,
You can use UI Policy (no code needed) to make it work.
Alternatively, you can use ACL if needed or Client scripts as well. Did you try something & are you stuck somewhere?

Hi Hema, You can go with UI Policy, Data policy or ACL (based on certain role)
