Is it your PDI? If yes, better to reset it  or do you have admin rights?

Sorry, what is your use case, the visiblity of SCope and update set is OOTB on banner frame. What changes you want?

Actually, I don't see that option. in my PDI.

Opps.. you must able to see. Try to create a new Update set and make it current. It will appear.
