We have text prediction functionality in Outlook, and I want to implement the same feature in my instance. Can I achieve it through predictive intelligence (PI), or do I have to use a third-party tool?

I don't think PI will give you what you are looking for. You could look at 3rd party solutions, or maybe at browser plugins.

No, sorry. I find it annoying if a system tries to decide what I'm typing, and no client has ever requested it, so I have no experience with any of them.
