I want to make a notification to @User name in additional comments, I get to know that there is OOB notification Activity Stream @Mention Email notification is available. Client requirement is, I need to remove all the OOTB message HTML.
I need to modify the notification:
1. In the notification massage - Whatever additional comment added, that should display in the notification body.
2. In the notification subject - "you have been mentioned + ticket number".
can you please help me on this modification.
