iCalendar Notification has " not supported calendar" message

Hello all, 

 

I got a question regarding iCalendar notification.

 

I have succesfully managed to implement iCalendar notification by following ServiceNow's guideline below

The notification gets triggered perfectly but It has .ics attachment which says " not supported calendar". 

 

Does anyone know how to get over this issue?

The issue was related with white spaces on email notification.

 

I did remove them and issue was resolved.

Hi Alp, 

I am stuck on the same thing.
however, im looking to send an email from a custom table and i see the same 'Not supported format'
You mentioned that you removed the white spaces from the email notification what do you mean?
