If condition on workflow not working

Hi,

I am doing the modifications on the OOB service catalog request workflow. I removed price and group approval part from that.

I created one catalog from the sc_cat_item table. Another one created from software model record using publish software to catalog.

Now I have a requirement like, we need to send the approval if REQ created from software catalog and if REQ created from normal catalog it's auto approved.

I am doing with if condition to check whether it's created from normal or software model before sending approval.

But somehow it's failing the if condition. Can anyone help here

What does your condition or script look like, and what are the results - always yes or always no, or is there an error?

Condition is sourceable is true and sourced is false. This two conditions true means it should go to approval part. Actually it's always fail (No)
