If i select CI , it should auto populate in affected service offering in related list

While raising incident if i select CI belongs to service offering class that should be also auto populate in Affected service offering in related list
note : service offering is one of Table

Have a look on Incident properties. But a CI can have multiple SO , so it can increase load on incident form

Affected Service Offerings looks like a custom relationship / Related List in your environment. What is the Queries from table and Query with script for this relationship? How is a Service Offering related to a task/incident in your environment? Are you not using the service_offering field on the task table on your incident form and have changed the out of box reference qualifier on the Configuration item field for incidents to include service offerings? Seems kind of backwards.

You stated "If I select CI belongs to service offering", do you refer to that the CI on the incident is a service offering that you also would like to populate on the related list, or do you mean if you select e.g. a business service which have a service offering, then you would like to populate the related service offering to the related list?
