Hi community,
We are currently setting up SLA definitions and adding service business hours including public holidays.
I wondering if there is a possibility to import such official calendar details into servicenow by using external data like csv, outlook, or other.

Hi @Helge Schreyer found any solutions because i am struggling data import from public API but in SN sys_calender table not have requested datasource field and type is big issue while transforming it's not in target table.
Did you suggest any other approach to achieve this.I am working on leave Application.
