Importing assets not updating Category Model and description.

Importing the spreadsheet of assets does not import the Model Category or description.   Any reasons as to why?   Also, once imported, you can't go back and update those fields either.

Any information would be helpful.

Hi Joseph,

I'm not sure what exactly is happening here for you (I tried to replicate, but it got stuck at 100% but still appeared to be running), but I recommend using the full System Import Sets when dealing with reference tables like this. It gives you more flexibility with regards to how these related tables are handled (such as using multiple transform maps to create Models prior to Asset records, identifying the field to use to match on the reference, Choice actions to determine how to proceed if no match is found on the reference field). It sounds to me like you might be doing some sort of mix... the easy import to create the template and then the System Import Sets to import?
