Importing bulk knowledge articles

how does using the CSV/XML process work with bulk knowledge import. Specifically if and when the article has images. The legacy system can export articles in CSV/XML format with required fields (title, body, metadata, valid to date). what is the process of it

Importing via XML or CSV is not feasible, as these formats do not support images or related content. It is recommended to proceed with importing via Word, as suggested.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the All menu > Knowledge > Import Articles module.
2. Select an appropriate knowledge base from the list.
3. Organize your knowledge articles by category and import the articles by category. You can upload one or more articles at a time during import.
4. Click the Import button.

Yes, but you need to browse through them one by one, as shown in the screenshot.
