looking to take / convert 100's of oracle knowledge including attachments, images etc.. and import them into ServiceNow knowledge base and recreate what is in oracles KB for a customer. I need to keep all the attachments, images, formatting etc.. Has anyone done this? I found a few people have with very limited notes using something called Oracle Data integrator or OKA extractor where it does a api call to oracle, takes everything one article at a time then api call to servicenow and creates it. Looking for some advice, thank you
