Improve of knowledge management

Hi experts,

We are planning to improve our knowledge management.

This could be Search optimization, Translations, Article creation and Feedback mechanism

Please suggest what all things needs to be done.

We have already checked MSWORD, Amaze, TransPerfect & Azure Translation. Please recommend servicenow plugins as well as external applications which helps improve servicenow Knowledge.
