I have below requirement...
in the form there is one button called requested when ITIL user clicks on that button at that time Additional Comments is mandatory, when user add wright some comments in Additional comments it goes to activity part and in activity it should be like Requested Comment:-------- (users comments) in short in Activity part Requested Comment. just like below screen snap
please let me know if any one have any idea about that.
