In Incident table platform view create request should work same it is working in Sow

Hello @all ,

In incident form when we click on create request it is redirecting to old catalog, we have to change and have to redirect it to Home>All catalog same as it is works in Service operation workspace inciden form OOb convert to request ui action.

 

In platform view, creat request is OOB we cant modify it, so I have created new ui action and condition is same as OOb.


Below shared screenshot is of SOW which we have show same page  in platform view and should not redirect to sow.

Does anyone have any idea how to achive this, will be very helpful.

so the new UI action in native when clicked should be taken where?

the OOTB takes agent to the service catalog native view
