Hi,
In portal if i click the incident then details are not showing for end users\.
If i click on any incident then it is not opening.
Please help me out i want to use the End user view for the same tickets which i have shown in the first screen.

Hi @kranthi2
the observed behavior is correct for end users as they have no license to see incidents. They are only allowed to see their own requests or requested items.
And if you break up that restriction, you might come into trouble with ServiceNow. Therefore, it's better to reach out to your ServiceNow sales contact to continue that discussion.

Thanks for your response. I don't want to show the complete view to the user i just want to show the additional comments and status of the ticket and if the user wants to add some comments into the ticket.
that is the main thing here.
Please help me put how can we achieve the same.
I am talking about only for the end user persective.
