Servicenow PDI issue

Hi Team,

 

My servicenow PDI is not working as expected. 

1) Unable to see the configure dictionary by right click on field.

2) unable to load reports in dashboard. Its keep on loading for long time

Can you help here.

Hi @Vinay49 

first you should check whether your instance is configured to use the admin role. For this login to developer.service.com and go to "Change User Role":

If there is already "admin" configured, your only chance is to "Reset and Wipe" your instance. However, that way you will lose all your work as the instance will be set to the baseline version.

You cannot hope for any further support as everything is completely automated and ServiceNow does not provide support for PDIs.

Hi @Vinay49 

Slowness is something that is experienced across PDI and have been a pain point for a while now, there is no support from SN to get it upto speed, you have to live with this, or can have one more PDI as a backup, which can be used if one gets stuck, and if you have to reset it.
