In portal once i click on the incident it is not opening which means incident is not opened

Hi,

In portal once I click on the incident it is not opening which means incident is not opened.

 

In the below screenshot if i click on "My Open Incidents"

If i click any incident it is not opening.

Nothing is coming up if i click on any incident.

is this for a OOB portal and menu or it's a custom one?

Looks like it has no backend logic build.  Is it report or portal ?

It is from the Portal if i click any incident nothing is displayed.
