Hi,
In portal once I click on the incident it is not opening which means incident is not opened.
In the below screenshot if i click on "My Open Incidents"
If i click any incident it is not opening.
Nothing is coming up if i click on any incident.

When a user click on this where you want to redirect to user? In your case look like a dynamic list which get populated based on logged in user.

Yes, exactly correct which ever is you are showing in the above screen the same screen only expectation.
but here it is not working.
once the user is clicked on any ticket it is not opening, instead it is showing empty.

For this , you need to check OOTB Widget - My Request , there is Server side script and update the same in you custom widget.
