in Problem task the close_notes field label showing as canceled reason

@Ankur Bawiskar any idea on this?

There are no labels no dictionary over-rides for this

@Debasis Pati To verify and correct this:

  1. Navigate to System Definition > Dictionary in ServiceNow.
  2. Search for the close_notes field in the Problem Task [problem_task] table.
  3. Check if the Label has been modified to "Canceled Reason." ( You can add "version" related list and see current update)
  4. If it has been changed, update the label back to "Close Notes" and save the changes.

No i have already checked nothing like this present

Not sure about script oob its happening @Ankur Bawiskar ,
the backend value is close_notes only no labels are there but still its happening.
