In scheduling assistant shows no Available time in change request conflict calendar

Hi,

 

In change request, the warning message is shown as "Warning MessageScheduling conflict detected. Use the Scheduling Assistant to avoid conflicts." but if we are clicking on the link it doesn't show any slot except for saturdays. why?

is there any way to make it available to use? like able to choose other weekdays? or is this not enabled for use? or is it a defect?

but this article says for 90 days the schedule was not available. but here we haven't used it before but it still shows as attached image. so i am guessing that it is an out of box functionality but not sure why it is showing like that. no slots are showing on other days except saturdays
