In SNOW ATF Once i submit the case i want to put some comments into portal level.
will it be possible in ATF?
above screenshot is from portal can i set the field value in portal for this request?
Please help me out on the same.

for this you will have to rely on "Set Component Value (Custom UI)" step and extract the HTML component and then set the value.
but before that you need to ensure you open this portal page.

After this you can use Set field Value (SP).
