In sow view need to add email template icon for problem and RITM forms

Hi Team,

 

In sow view need to add email template icon for problem and RITM forms like below mentioned in the screenshot, how to do this. Currently i can see that email template on the incident and change form.

Set up email templates on the record page 

I could see it on RITM in SOW

I just checked if you have email client template on problem table then it starts showing up in SOW
