In UI page submit button is not working for non admin users

Created UI page containing few checking and submit button. The button functionality is working for admins. But it is not working for any other users when clicked on submit button.

-> Please check the ui page scope if it is global or private that can restrict the users or not accessible for other users

-> If your submit button calls a GlideRecord insert/update or server-side script, the target table may be blocked by ACLs for non-admins.
